Municipal witnesses

Is it impossible for you to arrange your own witnesses for your wedding or partnership proceedings? In that case you can arrange for municipal servants to appear as witnesses.
Description
You can apply for witnesses until 6 weeks before the day of your wedding or partnership. You are recommended to arrange this in an earlier phase however.
How many witnesses?
A bridal couple requires at least 2 but no more than 4 witnesses aged 18 or over.
Converting your partnership
Do you wish to convert your partnership into marriage? In that case you do not need witnesses.
